TV TAC 2024 Picnic

2024 Cook-Off & Basket Information
COOK-OFF – HOW IT WORKS:
● Each group will “sign-up” by letting Jessica know what category you will be
participating in.
● The group will work together to provide, prepare and present the food on the day
of the picnic.
● Tables are limited – if you can provide your own table please do so.
● Feel free to decorate your table – There is a competition for that as well!
● Attendees will purchase tickets and present those to each table for a sample.
● Judges will be designated to determine the winner for each category.
● Tickets will be counted at the end for “People’s Choice” award.
● TAC will supply the plates, forks, spoons, napkins, trash bags and sample cup.
● Number of servings needed will be shared as ticket sales progress.
Categories:
● Meat (pork, steak, chicken, etc.)
● Desert
Basket Information:
● If you would like to donate a basket for auction please deliver the basket to
Jessica or to Central Office (TVICO) no later than May 30th.
● Baskets will be accepted the morning of the picnic as well.

All funds received as a result of the basket auction and cook
