What is the 12 Step Volunteer List?
The 12 step volunteer list is a volunteers who are willing to make 12 step calls. The list of names and phone numbers is maintained by the TVICO Answering Service Representative and Central Office and is to be used by persons answering the AA Hotline. This list is used when someone calls the TVICO Hotline and needs to someone to 12 Step them.
To have your name added to this list, fill out the form below or contact the Central Office or Intergroup Answering Service Representative.

Volunteers for the TVICO AA Answering Service’s 12-step list. If you are interested in accepting referral calls from the AA Hotline, please fill out the form below or contact the Central Office at 344-6611 to get your name added to the 12-step call list OR to verify that your name is already on the list with your correct phone number. The only requirement is 1 year of sobriety.

Things to remember when signing up;
Alcoholics call and need assistance from someone on the 12 step list at inconvenient times. Please be willing to take these calls. If you receive a message from the Answering Service / Hotline, please call back as soon as possible. The 12 step call needs to be made as soon as possible. Please sign up if you are serious and willing to answer the call, and remember sometimes alcoholics call for help at the most inconvenient times.
